Cleaning drive

The State Bharatiya Janata Party Mahila Morcha (Women’s Wing) will organize cleaning drive at Police Bazaar on December 4 as part of Swachh Bharat Prog from 8:00 am to 9:30 am.

Exhibition

Soil and Water Conservation department will organize a two-day programme on December 4 and 5 as part of the 100 days festival which is an exhibition cum sale. Deputy Chief Minister Rowell Lyngdoh will attend as the chief guest.

Meeting postponed

Marathon

The office of the Chief Electroral Officer, Meghalaya in collaboration with the Meghalaya Athletics Association will again conduct the Run for Democracy 2015 on the occasion of National Voters Day on January 2, 2015 from State Central Library at 6.30am. There is no registration fee, free T Shirt and lunch will be given to all participants and lucky draw with 20 prizes will be given away. Winners will receive cash prize and trophy.
