Clarification
Shillong Recreation Ground Trust has clarified that the parking area near JN Stadium does not belong to MUDA but it belongs to the Trust.
Consultation
The Presbyterian Church of India organized a consultation on the occasion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3 at Presbyterian Church, Lumsohkhlur, Mairang. Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities, C. Kharkongor and Principal, Master’s College of Theology, Vishakhapatnam, Dr. Samuel George, were the resource persons.
Raising day

Bonga Badhu Mahila Samity, as part of its annual programme, will organize various sports for children on December 6 at Polo Ground.
Festival
Christ International Senior Secondary School, Nongsder, Ri Bhoi, will organize the peace celebration cum advance Christmas Festival – Season 5 on December 6 from 9am to 5:30pm. Governor K.K. Paul and Urban Affairs Minister Ampareen Lyngdoh will be the special guests at the programme. A Carol competition, presentation of North East Awards and a food fest will be the highlights of the programme.
Lok Adalat
The 2nd National Lok Adalat will be organized in all the district courts, Deputy Commissioners’ courts, District Council courts and Sub-Divisional courts on December 6.
Concert
The All Saints’ Cathedral Youth Fellowship will be organising the sixth inter-denominational Gospel Concert, ‘One In Christ’, on December 6 at St. Anthony’s College Auditorium from 4pm.
