Teachers move HC

TURA: Opposing the recent MBOSE notification in which it was made mandatory for teachers who did not secure 45% in their 10+2 examinations to reappear for the same, the Government, SSA and non-Government school teachers of West Garo Hills have moved the Shillong High Court demanding immediate revocation of the order.

Following the petition by the teachers the subsequent order by the High Court has also been submitted to the Director, Mass and Elementary Education, Shillong, Executive Chairman, MBOSE as well as to the Exam Board Controller of MBOSE in Tura.
