Maj (Retd) WGM Phillip Shabong (Bah Bill), husband of Syrpailin Khonglah and a resident of Lum Rumnong, Circle 3, Mawpat passed away on January 3. His funeral will be held on January 6 at 1 pm at CNI New Cemetery, Bishnupur.
