The winners of the first NEEPCO Inter-Project Cultural Competition pose for a photograph. The first NEEPCO Inter-Project Cultural Competition, which was held from January 20- 21, saw participation of participants from eight projects. The competition was organised to promote opportunities for everyone to experience culture and develop their creative abilities, promote artistic renewal, preserve cultural heritage and promote inter-community and inter-cultural goodwill and cooperation.
