The state sponsored project called Black Topping of Rural Roads Scheme (BTRSS) will provide village roads with a much needed proper bitumin coating for better connectivity and comfortable travel. Laying the foundation for the initial one km black topping of the road to village Gonglaggre, Sangma said that the project would provide the area with an all weather proof road. (ST) The Garo warrior of Mojkuli Wangal troop at the Megaru Festival at Kharkutta on Friday. The Megaru Festival 50 drums Wangala 2015 was celebrated at Kharkutta, North Garo Hills on Friday. The event was organized by Kharkutta Cultural Committee. Five Wangala troops displayed 103 different style of folk dances at the festival.
