Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Zenith Sangma lays the foundation stone for construction of a village road under Selsella block on Thursday. The state sponsored project called Black Topping of Rural Roads Scheme (BTRSS) will provide village roads with a much needed proper bitumin coating for better connectivity and comfortable travel. Laying the foundation for the initial one km black topping of the road to village Gonglaggre, Sangma said that the project would provide the area with an all weather proof road. (ST)
