SHILLONG: The circulation of video clips of the alleged ‘indecent acts’ of two women prompted the HANM (women’s wing) to lodge a complaint with the police recently. In a complaint filed at the Jowai Police Station the HANM said that on February 19 two women from Salaroh and Mooralong area of West Jaintia Hills respectively made video clips of their indecent acts which defiled the dignity of a woman.
