Cabinet finalises Governor’s address

SHILLONG: The Cabinet on Tuesday discussed the inclusion of various subjects in the Governor’s address to be presented to the Assembly on the first day of the Budget session on March 9.
Chief Minister Mukul Sangma said that the Cabinet gave final touches to the Governor’s address.
Swine flu: Sangma, meanwhile, informed that the state machinery is ready to tackle outbreak of swine flu in the state.
The Chief Minister said that necessary instructions had been given to all the deputy commissioners in this connection.
