Shillong: Shillong Traffic Police defeated St. Edmunds College by 2 wickets in the Inter Office cum Corporate Cricket League 2015 organised by the Shillong Cricket Association at the SCA Cricket Ground, Polo.
Electing to bat first St. Edmunds were all out for 90 runs in 19 overs. Jeffreyson Wahlang scored 20 off 13 balls and Navin Chettri scored 17 off 18 balls. Steven Syiemlieh took 2 wickets for 13 runs and Pawan Chettri 1 wicket 15 runs for Shillong Traffic Police.In reply, Shillong Traffic Police reached the target and made 92 runs in 16.2 overs, losing 8 wickets. Andrew Sangma scored 17 off 8 balls. While Gideon Kharkongor and Jeffreyson Wahlang took 2 wickets each for St. Edmunds College.
