NEW DELHI: The much-delayed organisational elections of Congress party in all the Northeastern states barring Assam will be held shortly. The AICC on Thursday announced the timetable for organisational election from the booths to the PCC-level all over the country. Election will be completed in 18 states including Meghalaya and union territories in the first phase. The process will end before July 31.
