SHILLONG: The FKJGP, Nongstoin circle on Thursday submitted a memorandum to Health and Family Welfare Minister, AL Hek complaining about the lack of proper facilities in the Civil  Hospital at Mawkadiang village near Nongstoin. With few doctors available, the hospital is functioning like a PHC, the FKJGP said.
The federation also demanded for setting up of a maternity ward at Nongstoin CHC.
