Singer Gwen Stefani has got a three-year restraining order against her fan, Richard Portnoy. According to TMZ, Portnoy is so obsessed with her and he threatened to commit suicide when he looked at photos showing Stefani tripping. Portnoy allegedly tried to follow the star to a medical clinic. He also appeared in the singer’s house multiple times. He reportedly came bringing gifts, such as flowers and candy for Stefani, and also wrote a letter which contained his promise to Stefani that he could change her unhappy life. According to the court declarations, Portnoy once told the singer’s father that he had seen photos of Stefani appearing to trip, and if she injured herself, he would not be able to go on living. Instead of feeling secured, the Rich Girl singer admitted that she was annoyed and scared with the man’s creepy action. Portnoy is a rich man, lives in a gated community and drives expensive cars, such as a Porsche and a Mercedes. (PTI)
I wish I could change Joe Manganiello’s age: Sofia Vergara
Actress Sofia Vergara says her beau Joe Manganiello’s age is the only thing she would like to change in him because he is four years younger than her. “There’s nothing about him I’d change other than the fact that he’s four years younger than me,” she told Vanity Fair in an interview. The 42-year-old Modern Family star started dating Manganiello, 38, shortly after she split from Nick Loeb, her fiance at the time. Vergara revealed Manganiello approached her the same day as she announced her break-up from Loeb. “The day that I sent the press release (announcing the breakup), Joe immediately contacted Jesse Tyler Ferguson,” Vergara recalled. “(He was) like, ‘Please, please, please tell her I want her number.’ And I’m like, ‘Jesse, no, he’s too handsome.'” Vergara, however, gave in after her Modern Family co-star pleaded with her to consider the True Blood actor. “Then, after two days of Jesse trying to convince me, I’m like, ‘Okay, give him my number,'” she said. “I’m thinking, I’m in New Orleans shooting, and he’s in LA. Nothing’s going to happen. But we started talking a lot, and then he showed up in New Orleans. Since then we’ve been inseparable,” she said. (PTI)
