SHILLONG: Social Organisations of Meghalaya Against Land Alienation (SOMALA) has demanded that the empowerment of Rangbah Shnongs should go along with the need of the Dorbar Shnong and interest of the indigenous people in accordance within the philosophy of the Sixth Schedule.
