M’laya Mahila Cong chief

NEW DELHI: Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi  on Monday appointed Joplin Scott Shylla as the president of  Meghalaya Mahila Congress.
Shylla is one among the eight new Mahila Congress presidents whose names were approved by Gandhi.
