SHILLONG: The Garo Students Union, Khasi Hills Zone has filed an FIR with the East Khasi Hills police against one Amin Ali Khan for instigating and inciting communal hatred on social networking sites.
In the FIR lodged with the East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police, the GSU said that Amin Ali Khan has been posting communal statements and inciting communal feud between Garos and the non tribals residing in the plain belt of Garo Hills.
The GSU alleged that Amin Ali Khan had created a fake account and was posting many communal messages on Facebook.
