SHILLONG: Police on Tuesday arrested one Darisha Marbaniang from near Dreamland Cinema Hall here and recovered six golden tobacco containers containing yellow orange powder (3.04 grams) suspected to be Heroin. Police also recovered two mobile phones and cash Rs. 30,230 from her possession.
