Driver of paper delivery vehicle assaulted

TURA: A driver of a Tata Sumo, delivering The Shillong Times newspaper to Tura was assaulted on Thursday morning by another driver while he was waiting in his vehicle for passengers at the Chandmary Sumo Stand of the town.
As per the statement of the victim Bijoy Sangma, he was waiting for passengers at the stand after delivering the papers when another driver of a Winger bearing registration number ML-08 B 7932 assaulted him without provocation.
