SHILLONG: In a hit and run case, the driver of an Alto 800 died on the spot and three other co-passengers sustained injuries in the wee hours on Wednesday when the car was hit by another vehicle on the Shillong by-pass road at Diengpasoh under Mawryngkneng Block, East Khasi Hills The injured– Tress Banshan Suting (23) Risalin Nongbet (30) and Rilanglin Nongbet (36)– were shifted to NEIGRIHMS.
