SHILLONG: South Shillong MLA Sanbor Shullai unveiled the foundation stone for construction of indoor sports stadium at Lower Lumparing. The project, which is being taken up at a cost of Rs 82 lakh, was recommended by Shullai and sanctioned by the State Government. The project will be implemented by the State Sports Council.
