SHILLONG: Students of the North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU) under the banner of NEHUSU will organise a mass protest in the city on Thursday at (;30 am starting from the State Central Library in protest against the scrapping of the Non-NET Fellowship by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
