Fraud call cases

SHILLONG: A woman lodged a complaint that she received a phone call on November 2 from an unknown person claiming to be an SBI official, who asked for her ATM detail and the same was furnished to the caller. Later, she found that Rs.900 was fraudulently withdrawn from her account.
In another case, one Bharat Singh Jodha lodged a complaint that unknown miscreants had fraudulently withdrawn Rs.47,573 from his UCO Bank account on October 30.
