Guide killed by militants in West Khasi Hills

SHILLONG: Bullet ridden body of a guide, who had accompanied armed miscreants in West Khasi Hills and was later killed by them, was recovered earlier this week by relatives who buried the body without informing the police.
Police informed that unidentified miscreants had gone to the house of the victim Ezfockial G Marak (31) at Wahso village under Shallang PS and took him with them as a guide.
His bullet ridden body was later recovered on November 9 around 2 pm.
