Mukul’s late arrival delays proceedings

Tura: Chief Minister Mukul Sangma’s alleged trademark of attending important public functions at the eleventh hour continued with another case of late arrival being witnessed at the official celebrations of the 100 Drums Wangala festival on Saturday.
The chief minister was expected at the venue between 9-10 AM to kickstart the celebrations as its chief guest, but, he arrived close to 11:30 AM much to the frustration of the spectators who came to witness the colorful festival.
