Sanbor allots work order of Rs 1 crore

SHILLONG:  MLA and Chairman of the Monitoring cum Implementation Committee of South Shillong constituency, Sanbor Shullai has handed over the work orders for an amount of Rs  1 crore sanctioned under SUWP scheme 2014-15 as per government technical sanction  issued by Director Urban Affairs to the members of the Committee through the Secretary of the Committee A. Marwein at the meeting held on Sunday.
The Committee will be implementing the sanctioned developmental  schemes with the advice and co-operation of the Shillong Municipal Board, Local Dorbar Shnongs,  Local NGOs, and others for the welfare and benefits of students  and under privileged families and general public within South Shillong Constituency, the statement said.
