TURA: Two persons including a teacher were shot dead by unidentified persons on Wednesday night.
According to police, two persons identified as Sweetbirth D Marak (30), son of Genjing Sangma of Rajasimla and Alphius Momin (35), a teacher and son of Laping B Marak, also from Rajasimla, were shot dead near Konchikol, Rajasimla in East Garo Hills around 8:40 pm.
The motive for the twin murders is yet to be known.
