NONGSTOIN: One Bobywell Puwein, who was abducted on December 6 from his residence at Riangsieh village under Riangdo outpost, was released by his captors at Nongrathaw village on Wednesday.
Police suspected that the relatives must have paid a huge ransom for Puwein’s safe release.
A reliable source, meanwhile, informed that Puwein was released after payment of Rs 1,05,000.
