10 coal trucks with fake challans detected

SHILLONG: Ten coal trucks were allegedly found transporting coal with fake coal challans in Dainadubhi.
Inspector, DMR, Dainadubi,Comolsing .R. Marak lodged a complaint that on November 30, ten coal laden trucks (AS-01EC-3014), (AS-01DC-2756), (ML-09A-6239), (AS-18C-5272) and six others without registration numbers passed through the check gate at Dainadubi (NGH), with fake coal challans issued in the name of one Menuka .P. Marak,
However, the check gate authorities could not detect the breach due to excessive rush of coal laden trucks.
