SHILLONG: Unidentified miscreants threw dirt at a person thereafter looting him of Rs 50,000 in Tura recently. The incident happened on December 10 when  the miscreants threw dirt on one Ayar N Momin and while he was cleaning the dirt, the criminals stole his bag containing Rs. 50,000, pass book, cheque book, ATM card, etc. It may be mentioned that similar incidents have happened in Shillong in the past where people have been robbed of thousands by the miscreants.
