Woman’s ‘modesty outraged’ at HQ,CE

SHILLONG: A woman lodged a complaint that on January 1 one S K Rai outraged her modesty at HQ-Civil Engineering, Shillong Zone.
In a similar incident, on December 31 at around 10 pm, one Shushant Singha, employee of M/s Green Valley Cement Factory, Lumshnong (EJH), allegedly attempted to rape a woman at the village.
