Juvenile rapes three-year-old

SHILLONG: In a shocking incident, a sixteen-year-old boy allegedly raped a girl   at Pyndengumbri, Nongwah village.
The incident happened on January 5 at around 2 pm, when one sixteen year old boy raped one three-year eleven month old girl child at Pyndengumbri, Nongwah village under Mawngap.
