TURA: Premananda Koch, a primary member of the Indian National Congress (INC) has informed about his resignation from the party.
In his letter to the President of the District Congress Committee in South West Garo Hills, Koch cited the reason for his resignation as personal.
Secondson, Mothi joins NPP
Two independent candidates from the last GHADC elections, Secondson A Sangma and Mothi T Sangma recently joined the Chokpot Block National People’s Party (NPP) along with their supporters.
While Secondson A Sangma contested the GHADC election from Baghmara, Mothi T Sangma had contested the same from Rongrikgimgre Constituency.
