Govt official slaps woman

SHILLONG: A 40-year-old woman was allegedly   slapped by a Government official in Mawlai on Monday.  The culprit is Sainborlang Lyngdoh, a junior engineer in PHE    department.  Police said that an FIR was filed in this connection.
