Mary, Sarita to take part in Test event in city

SHILLONG: The selection trials for elite women boxers for 12th South Asian Games Test Event is tentatively scheduled to be held at the SAI Centre, NEHU here on January 18. In this regard, the All India Police Sports Council Board has nominated MC Mary Kom (51 kg), L Sarita Devi (60 kg) and Aruna Mishra (75 kg) to take part in the trials. It may be mentioned that the Test games for boxing are scheduled to be held from January 18-23.
