Agartala:  The Tripura High Court has directed the state government to table the judicial commission report on the killing of former health minister Bimal Sinha under mysterious circumstance on March 31, 1998, within next six weeks.
A division bench headed by Chief Justice Deepak Gupta yesterday heard a PIL filed by president of Tripura Congress Women wing Kalayani Roy. It asked the government to make the report, which was submitted on January 31, 2000, public.
Within a fortnight of assuming office as chief minister in 1998 by Manik Sarkar, Sinha was murdered allegedly by NLFT militants. (UNI)
