Family members clarify on attack

SHILLONG:  The family members of Robert Mawkhiew, who was accused of attacking society personnel in Secretariat, have clarified that he was suffering from mental illness and is currently under medical treatment. The family members also said that the acts of Mawkhiew were not intentional and urged those who were affected, to pardon him.
