SHILLONG: A minor girl in West Garo Hills was allegedly raped several times by one person which led to her pregnancy.
As per the complaint, one Babul R Marak repeatedly raped one sixteen year old girl in his house at Araimile Gonga Damal in West Garo Hills since July 18, 2015 and as a result the victim became pregnant.
The complainant also alleged that the victim was confined by the wife of the accused.
However, on December 26, 2015, the girl managed to escape and went to the house of the complainant.
