Petition withdrawn in CMJU case

SHILLONG: The CMJ University has withdrawn a petition challenging the pending criminal case against the University in the lower court as the matter has already been taken up in the Supreme Court.
The matter came up for hearing in the High Court on Friday, and S.P. Sharma, Counsel appearing for the petitioner, sought the withdrawal of the petition.
