SHILLONG: The Seng Kur Lyngdoh Pyngrope with its “headquarters” in Nongkrem, Hima Khyrim, elected new office bearers recently including a president, vice presidents, advisers, a general secretary, a treasurer among others. Eight executive members were also elected on the occasion.
