SHILLONG: A case of child marriage was reported in city after the girl complained about torture.
According to police, on Wednesday, a 12-year-old of 29 Cantonment, Shillong lodged a complaint that six months ago she was married to one boy(16), and since then her in-laws tortured her mentally and physically.
