Five more officers to retire this year

SHILLONG: After the retirement of Additional Chief Secretary P. Naik as many as five senior officers will retire this year.
While Chief Secretary  Barkos Warjri will retire in March, the Commissioner and  Secretary  District Council Affairs  J. Lyngdoh will retire in May.
Other officers,  Commissioner and Secretary Information and Public Relations  MHK Marak, Secretary  Transport Department   M. Kharmujai and Secretary Education  CCM Mihsil will retire in November.
