SHILLONG: In yet another case of alleged rape, the Secretary of Foreign Trade Chamber of Commerce, Sanjay Laloo, has been arrested on charge of raping a girl at Umsyiem recently.
Informing of the development, East Khasi Hills Superintendent of Police M. Kharkrang said investigation was going on.
