SHILLONG: In a general meeting of the Nongthymmai Block Mahila Congress held on February 6, president of Meghalaya Mahila Congress, Joplin Scott Shylla along with the office bearers of State Mahila Congress committee appointed and confirmed the new office bearers of Nongthymmai Block Mahila Congress.
Shantimai Mawrie was elected as the  president while Tolida Kharbyngar was chosen as vice president, Christina Nongrum as general secretary and in charge of Nongthymmai Block Mahila Congress was handed over to Elizabeth Kharkongor.
