SHILLONG: One Ravi Raj lodged a complaint that between February 4 and 6, he received an SMS advertisement regarding selling of Samsung S6 Edge mobile phone that belonged to one Crawler.
Later, he deposited Rs. 14,000 in the bank account of one Dharamveer Saket and Rs. 6000 in the bank account of one Kasiram Tanaji. However, he did not receive the said cell phone till date.
