BSF apprehends four Bangladeshis

SHILLONG: The BSF troops deployed in the State apprehended as many as four Bangladeshi nationals, trying to infiltrate into Indian territory in separate incidents.
A Bangladeshi national identified as Shamin Noor Islam (28 yrs) was apprehended by BSF troops deployed at Dalu in South West Garo Hills.
Meanwhile, BSF troops deployed at Jalaikhola in East Jaintia Hills district, in a special ambush, apprehended three Bangladeshi nationals while they were infiltrating from Bangladesh into Indian territory.
The trio was identified as Sarif Ahmed (35 yrs), Samyal Ahmed (24 yrs), Kamal (19 yrs).
During frisking the party recovered three mobile phones with four Bangladesh SIM cards and Indian currency Rs 4,500 from their possession.
It was revealed later that Sarif Ahmed works in Saudi Arabia and had come to Bangladesh in January while Samyal Ahmed was a businessman in Sylhet.
