SHILLONG: The Principal and staff of B.K. Bajoria School have revealed that
Shubham Prasad, a Class X student, had opted for ‘Home’ examination while filling in the form and added that he gave no written application asking for a change in the status of the examination from ‘Home’ to ‘Board’.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the School said, “The insinuation that the boy was not being allowed to appear at the Board examination does not hold water since the Board itself conducts both the ‘Board’ and the ‘Home’ examinations.”
The School has also put the record straight regarding the issue of the re-correction/re-evaluation of the students’ papers. “They were re-examined and no discrepancies found what so ever,” the School added.
