SHILLONG: Sohra MDC Donovan k. Wahlang has filed nomination paper or the post of Deputy Chairman of KHADC, the election for which will be held on March 1. Informing this here on Wednesday, KHADC chief PN Syiem said that Wahlang filed his nomination for the post after resigning as member of the executive committee.
