SHILLONG: An 18 year old boy was allegedly murdered in Mookhep in East Jaintia Hills. The incident happened on March 6 when 18 years old Marjan Ryngkhlem was allegedly murdered by unknown miscreants. An FIR has been by filed by the mother of the victim R Ryngkhlem.
