SHILLONG: A lower court on Tuesday rejected the bail application of 22-year-old Vicky Syiemlieh, the accused in the brutal rape and murder of 19-year-old girl from Upper Shillong.
Syiemlieh is currently under judicial custody. The investigation into case is still on and the IO is yet to submit the chargesheet in the court.
