SHILLONG: An alert has been sounded in Ri-Bhoi district in view of the second phase of elections in Assam scheduled for Monday. The Ri Bhoi Deputy Commissioner Puja Pandey accompanied by the district police chief held a meeting with her Kamrup district counterpart on Wednesday. During the meeting, many inputs were shared to ensure a peaceful voting on Monday.
