SHILLONG: A person was recently arrested for misbehaving with a female staff at Assam Rifles Bazar. On April 5, police arrested a person identified as Sabrajit Thapa for creating nuisance and misbehaving with the lady staff of one Kamal Kant Gupta, Advocate in his chamber at Assam Rifle Bazar, Happy valley, Shillong. The matter is under inquiry.
